Client Relationship Coordinator

Job Description

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos between sales representatives and potential customers
  • Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to sales representatives
  • Create and maintain sales documents, such as proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant insights to customers and sales representatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, privacy, and security

Desired skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in languages is an added advantage (Hindi, Gujarati and English)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
