Social Media Executive

Job Description

We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for designing social media calendar, developing strategies and content plan for websites to grow social reach of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless output. Must be able to cope up with targets and come up with new unique ideas for digital content.

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with
the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

Create, curate and manage engaging content across social media platforms.

Monitor social media trends, tools, applications and emerging platforms to
stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

Having hands on experience in tools like Buzz Sumo, Sprout Social and Mailchimp etc.

Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring
consistent and timely delivery of content.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages,
and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to assess the
effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for
optimization.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and best
practices to identify opportunities for growth.

Desired skills and Competencies

Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns across
various platforms.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms and best
practices for each platform.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and
derive actionable insights.

Creative mind-set with the ability to develop innovative and engaging
social media content.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
