Job Description

We are looking for a  Shopify Web Developer, Who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce websites on the Shopify platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for our customers. Your expertise in web development, Shopify, and e-commerce best practices will be crucial to the success of our online store.

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain Shopify e-commerce websites. Customize and optimize Shopify themes to meet business requirements. Implement responsive design for a consistent user experience across different devices.

Shopify Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure Shopify store, restructuring the website, including product listings, collections, and payment gateways. Install and configure Shopify apps and extensions to enhance site functionality.

Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, JSS and CSS, and JavaScript code. Ensure a seamless and visually appealing user interface. Optimize website performance for faster page load times.

Back-End Development: Work on Shopify other back-end to handle data, orders, and customer information. Implement custom features and functionality using Shopify’s APIs and web hooks.

E-commerce Best Practices: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to improve the online shopping experience.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks. Ensure the website is secure and data is protected.

Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketing team to meet goals and deadlines. Provide technical expertise and guidance to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired skills and Competencies

 Must have hand’s on working experience in Shopify

At least 1+ years of experience working as a Shopify Developer

Can create custom design and development

Can migrate content 

Previous experience in web hosting or system administration of Shopify is preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of web security best practices is a plus
