Job Description
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos between sales representatives and potential customers
- Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to sales representatives
- Create and maintain sales documents, such as proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant insights to customers and sales representatives
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, privacy, and security

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in languages is an added advantage (Hindi, Gujarati and English)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
