This microprocessor-based unit is engineered with DuraSource Technology, patented sensor design, and scrolling LCD screen for utmost performance both outdoor and indoor. It uses only one circuit board for increased reliability which doesn’t reduce exposure to gas. 

The IR technology works by harnessing the power of infrared absorption that fire a beam of infrared light which hits the gases in the air. In the process, some wavelengths get absorbed while others are reflected. Since each element has its own reflectivity and absorption rates, each combustible gas absorbs and reflects wavelengths in different ways. This helps in the precise detection of gases present in the air.
